These terms govern your use of KerbLink, a link-in-bio platform for property professionals operated by Kerb Appeal, trading as Move at Pace Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
KerbLink provides hosted link-in-bio pages for estate agents and property professionals. You can create a page, add links, display testimonials, and customise your branding. We offer a free tier and a paid Pro tier with additional features.
You agree not to use KerbLink to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to KerbLink, including logos, images, text, and links. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to host and display it as part of your public KerbLink page.
You are solely responsible for the content on your page, including ensuring you have the right to use any logos, images, or trademarks you upload.
KerbLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move at Pace Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of KerbLink. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from the admin dashboard. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including your public page, links, testimonials, and analytics, will be permanently removed.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
