KerbLink ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Kerb Appeal, trading as Move at Pace Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit a KerbLink page or use the KerbLink platform, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you visit an agent's KerbLink page

We collect basic, anonymous analytics to help agents understand their page performance:

  • Page views and link clicks (which page, which link, when)
  • Referrer URL (where you came from)
  • UTM parameters (campaign tracking tags in the URL)
  • Device type and browser (from the user agent string)

We do not use cookies for analytics. We do not track you across websites. We do not build user profiles or sell data to third parties.

When you create a KerbLink account

We collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your agency name and branding (logo, colours)
  • Links and content you add to your page
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details)

How we use your data

  • To display your public KerbLink page
  • To show you analytics about your page's performance
  • To send transactional emails (verification, password resets)
  • To process subscription payments via Stripe

Cookies

We use a single, strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in when you access the admin dashboard. This cookie contains a session token and expires when you log out or after 7 days. No analytics or tracking cookies are used.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). All connections use HTTPS encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Data retention

Analytics data (page views and clicks) is retained for 12 months. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
